Canterbury Sheepskin website only accepts returns for the following reasons:
Goods supplied in the incorrect size i.e. if you ordered a size 6 and we sent you a size 5.
Good which are damaged prior to delivery.
Goods with manufacturing defects.
Goods that are supplied incorrectly.
Goods that vary from their description on the website.
Please send product photos to infoCanterbury@nzue.com for reference.
Additionally, please note that in order for you to receive a full refund or exchange, the slippers should still be in good condition. If the slipper has mould, dirt, stains, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
Requests to return products must be sent to us within 7 days from when you receive your order. In cases where Canterbury Sheepskin is not at fault, but a return request is approved, the products will need to be sent back to us at the customers expense.
Once product have been received and verified by us, Canterbury Sheepskin will resend the replacement item and cover the cost.
